1. Service and acceptance
By using DealSniper, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Software tool only
DealSniper is a software and information service for monitoring and analyzing public marketplace listings. We are not a party to transactions between you and sellers, buyers, platforms, or other third parties.
3. Automated signals are not guarantees
Model scores, estimates, deal signals, and resale indicators are informational only. They are not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice and do not guarantee profit, appreciation, or successful resale.
4. Accounts, subscriptions, and payments
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Paid subscriptions may be processed by Stripe. Unpaid, cancelled, or expired subscriptions may limit access to paid features.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for third-party listings, seller behavior, marketplace disputes, indirect damages, lost profit, or data loss. You trade and communicate with third parties at your own discretion and risk.
